Our 15-day money-back guarantee gives you time to make sure you're 100% happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 calendar days* of delivery. All returned items must meet the following requirements;
- Contact must be made by email to aclaraciones@zanah.mx within 15 calendar days after receiving your items.
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving them.**
- Our policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure, misuse, or accidents.
- The items must not have been altered in any way.

* “Calendar days” include weekends and public holidays.
** NOTE: If you are going to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the products, and they must be in perfect condition.

Damaged Products
If you receive damaged or defective products that do not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please return them within 15 calendar days of receipt. In this case, we will cover any additional shipping costs and offer you a full refund or exchange as soon as we receive the returned products and confirm the reported damage, defect, or issue.
Send a photo of the damaged products to “aclaraciones@zanah.mx” with the order number so that we can contact you as soon as possible to propose a solution.
Returns Process
All returns will be processed within 15 calendar days of delivery. If you choose to return your purchase, please follow the process below:

Send an email to aclaraciones@zanah.mx to notify us of your return and to request a return mailing address and further details.
Once the items have been shipped and received by us, they will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) directly to the account you used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirming this.
